Water challenges on Cat Island

In October 2004, I submitted an article titled "No Running Water in Cat Island." I thank you for publishing the article in The Guardian dated Thursday, 7th October, 2004.

However, I resubmit this article to be published once again, as nothing has happened in Cat Island with respect to this matter since this article was printed - 6 years ago.
